Who we are
This website is operated by JISOPS ("we", "us", "our"). JISOPS is the trading entity behind this site. Our contact email is contact@jisops.com.
What data we collect
We only collect data you give us directly. Specifically:
- Contact form submissions: name, email address, and the content of your message.
- No automatic tracking. We do not use analytics tools, advertising pixels, or third-party trackers. We do not set cookies beyond the strict minimum required for the site to function.
- Server logs. Our web server logs the IP address, browser type, and page accessed for any visitor. Logs are retained for 30 days for security and operational purposes only and are not used for marketing or analytics.
How we use your data
- Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your enquiry. We do not add you to any marketing list, share your details with third parties, or use your data for any other purpose.
- Server logs are used solely for security monitoring and infrastructure maintenance.
How long we keep it
- Contact form submissions: retained for as long as needed to respond to your enquiry plus 12 months for record-keeping. Deleted thereafter.
- Server logs: 30 days.
Who we share it with
Nobody. We do not share, sell, or transfer your data to third parties.
Where your data lives
All data is stored on servers physically located in Helsinki, Finland (Hetzner GmbH infrastructure). The data does not leave the European Economic Area.
Your rights under UK GDPR
You have the right to:
- Request access to the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of any inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Request restriction of how we process your data
- Request data portability (export of your data)
- Object to our processing of your data

Cookies
We do not use cookies for tracking, analytics, or advertising. The only cookie this site may set is a strictly necessary session token for form spam mitigation, which expires when you close your browser.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, the "last updated" date at the top will change and a notice will appear on the home page for 14 days.
Complaints
If you believe we have mishandled your data, you have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at https://ico.org.uk.
