The problem
Most social media tools are built for posting. None are built for operating a venture's full content pipeline — from concept through generation, scheduling, publishing, measurement and iteration. We needed something better for our own portfolio. So we built it.

The approach
Bar One is the operator stack we run for JISOPS portfolio ventures. Internal-first hybrid model: every venture gets its own content engine, plugged into the same shared infrastructure. Built phase-by-phase, currently 3 of 4 phases live.
